Prince William and Duchess Kate sets tour of Canada and the US
Prince William and Duchess Kate have set off on their tour of Canada and the US.
For the first time together, Prince William and Duchess Kate are coming to North America! Kate has never been to our side of the pond before, so the trip should be quite an experience for her. The royal pair will be arriving in Canada on June 30 to spend a week touring the country before heading to Los Angeles for an action-packed Hollywood weekend.
They were supposed to visit New Zealand in October for the Rugby World Cup, but have since decided not to. They are scheduled to touch down in Ottawa on June 30. This may be their only stop now.It has been thought they were visiting to meddle in the New Zealand elections due to happen November 26. They have had to cancel their trip to Australia, as well because royal officials say that one country cannot be visited without the other. Prince William had a desire to see the Rugby World Cup since he is a major patron, so the only way around the political gaffe to schedule an “unofficial” visit.
